Default 91 brake caliper, piston seal leaking

i just replaced my front pads and when i was compressing the piston to make room for the new pads, i noticed that one of the rubber seals was leaking a small ammount of fluid. the other acliper seal is torn a little but there was no fluid leaking out. driving fine, no fluid leakage so far. does this mean i need to go get the wagon/v6 calipers, rotors?

You can get the seals and boots from Honda for a couple bucks. Not that hard to replace.
