Is it a good idea to add fuel injector cleaner to improve gas mileage? My car is not having a good mileage lately, it's less than 20 miles per galloon the last time I checked. Any advise what should I do to improve my gas mileage on my 1992 Accord with 66,000 mileage? It's been already been tune-up and have new spark plugs and ignition wires. Thanks!

Check your O2 Sensor. Saying you're getting less than 20 mpg sounds like its running oddly rich.

Check your air filter too, I changed mine to a K&N once and made sure to clean out any dirt with a shop rag... well next time I took the filter out to clean it I noticed the shop rag was still in the box....OOPS... I'm guessing that wasn't helping much.

Absolutely yes use an in-tank fuel injector cleaner on occasion!
I am hearing amazing things about BG 44K. I've been using Red Line SI-1 fuel additive at every oil change but I want to try 44K as soon as I can find some.
