right b4 u posted that, i pushed the hell out of the gromet where the wireharness goes thru under the fuse box, and it finnaly gave after an hour of pushing on it, there was a clip behind the robber gromet dunno how ill get that back up there . thnx for the help thou, i was about 5 mins from doing exactly that

if you plan on drilling your own hole, i reccommend buying a grommet so your positive battery line will be secure, and no water can get through. It's good peace of mind for about $1.00!!!!!!!!!
As far as where~~ on the far right of the engine compartment near the master cylinder would be a nice place to dill it, the cable can slip through under the driver's side "foot area" and you can run the cable to the back of the car (or where ever you are putting your amp) along the side/bottom rails. You should put a hole in the middle of that rubber grommet and put the power wire through it. Make it a snug fit. Then put the grommet back in. This will prevent water from leaking through the firewall.
