Default Cylinders flooded with fuel

90 ef si b16

Wanted to see if anyone has had this issue and would like to give me some advise.
Engine is flooded with fuel #2 only. Have spark , good compression, no cel codes. Car turns on but real hesitant and spits good amount of fuel through exhaust. No power at all. Timing is good, car ran fine just happens from one day to another

I doubt it's fuel coming out ur exhaust unless u talking about ur exhaust ports. If so ur plugs will be soaked in fuel.

It's fuel. Not burning coolant at all. I'm guessing it has to do with wiring but just checking to see if anyone has had this issue before. I've swapped out injectors and same problem with the same cylinder. Stuck open only at plug #2

Your distributor is not retard? You have correct heat range plugs? Correct fuel injectors rating for ur build? Correct fuel pressure? Correct tune for ur car? No missing injectors gaskets?

some things i can think off

Try another ECU if available or move your ECU to another car

Found out issue. After market fuel pressure regulator(aem), opened it up and they have a rubber gasket in there. Gasket had a minor tear which was letting gas through the vacuum side of the regulator. Which lead to the intake and so on out the exhaust
