Default Piston weight question

Hello Honda-tech
this is my fist time posting and I have a couple of questions. I've recently acquired some pistons for a b20 the new pistons (ycp) weigh about .7oz or 19.85g more then the stock pistons .I know I should get everything balanced but I was wondering if this would be OK to run and how much weight is too much ?
