torque specs for little bolts on weld magnums?

Default torque specs for little bolts on weld magnums?
I'm pulling off the inner piece of the wheel to powder coat and I can't seem to find the torque specs for them anywhere. Anybody know them?

20 ft/lbs with Red locktite and always use the alternating torque sequence.

24 ft lbs with a drop of red loctite -- i take these apart all the time and that info is directly from Weld that i got

lol, funny how we are all in the same ballpark but still different

When you guys powder coated the centers how did you mask the ring of the center..i know there is a tight clearance.
