Picture Log: BilletPro
This will be a informal picture log of our upcoming, newly revamped BilletPro
We have quite a few to make. Picking up more material today....
One in the machine being finished up.
All done
That's alot of shavings!
Some upclose pictures to show the detailed machining.

Re: Picture Log: BilletPro
Before any machining each block is 30lbs, so both blocks would be 60lbs!
Just after machining out the inside, the weight is reduced to 15lbs.
If I recall right, the plenum when 100% done weighted approx 6lbs last time. That was quite a while back so my memory might not be accurate. I will weight it when it is 100% done though.
Your roughly looking at somewhere between 54lbs and 50 lbs of shavings just for 1 plenum.

Looks amazing, I watched the video on this.
Whats a 30lbs block of aluminum cost?
How much are 30lbs worth of shavings worth?
What do you do with all those shavings?

Re: Picture Log: BilletPro
maybe you should make some billet accesories...valve covers, vtec solenoid delete, cam gears, shift *****, functional tow hooks not the pretty ones that are made for looks... alot of people want to support those that support the racers but not everyone can afford a billet 3k dollar intake manifold....the thing looks sick btw....is it gonna be like the kinsler intake that you can add, substract to the size of the plenum with spacers??
