strength, all the b series transmissions are similar.
acceleration..
swap out the 4.2 final for a 4.4, get gsr 3&4th gear sets.

The gear sets are all interchangable? Also someone told me the Ls sychros are smaller is this true?

yes, i do know the sliders are a smaller diameter. in that case. you will have to swap out the 3/4 shift fork including the complete 3/4 gear sets. the gears will fit onto either shafts.

So if I build a Ls trans like this, it will basically be equal to gsr? And if so do you know were I can get the parts? One more thing are the quafies the same for both trans?

the quaifes are the same. internally, the part that is differant is where the ring gear bolts on, the GSR/ITR share the same bolt pattern, while the ls/b16 share another pattern.
goodluck finding parts, unless you buy new.

How do you think the Ls trans with stock gearing, 4.4 final, carbon sychros, and a quafie will perform with my set up? Or is'nt it worth doing that much to that trans.
