looks sick... In the first picture with the bar going over the hump, i think that may have to be welded on the flat to a plate.... I think i saw this in another thread but not sure. Can anyone else chime in? If not, sick and good luck.

Holy radiator bracket man. Weight definitely didn't seem like an issue on what they were working. Good luck finishing it up.

Yeah something doesn't look correct right there. Good build though, best of luck hope it passes inspection.

I'm referring to welding it to the exhaust tunnel. I know it needs to be on plates at the sill. Have you seen inspections fail if not welded on a plate at the tunnel?

Re: Cage is Done.. time for inspection
Yea that was something me and the builder talked about.. he actually called his guy he uses for inspection and cleared it with him. so it shouldnt be a problem. This was this guys first cage in an import btw. So he did a great job. only charged 2200 for the cage itself

Is there a reason for the x bars in the rear? I have seen bars from the cage to that location on rwd cars but never on a fwd. And did you do the floor bars in for preparation of a 7.50 cage in the future?

Like 100lbs worth of extra tubing, but it looks good. I'd have forgone the rear x brace, and the bottom door bars.
