Re: 044 Bosch Fuel Pump wiring.
no amp. you need to run a relay
power wire directly from your battery. ground it nearby. and use the stock fuel pump wires as a signal to unlatch the relays ( make it work)

Re: 044 Bosch Fuel Pump wiring.
we run the + wires to a snow plowing solenoid up front then get power to the solenoid from the alternator and take the main relay fuel pump signal wire to the solenoid and that would activate the pumps when the ignition kicks in

Re: 044 Bosch Fuel Pump wiring.
the relay needs a switched input to send power.
There are 4poles onn your relay,
Ground to chassis
Power in from battery
Power out to pump
Switched power stock fuel pump positive wire

Some guys use snow plow solenoids. Alot of nitous guys use starter solenoids for the nitrous and fuel solenoids. Very effective and durable. The little relays dont hold enough amps.

Re: 044 Bosch Fuel Pump wiring.
relay would go something like this:
87 12 Volt battery
86 ground
85 from the factory fuel pump wire
30 to the new fuel pumps
87 12 Volt battery
86 ground
85 from the factory fuel pump wire
30 to the new fuel pumps

Re: 044 Bosch Fuel Pump wiring.
Hook them up according to the chart above, dont make more out of it than necessary. I have my Inline 255hp and my Intank 255hp hooked up exactly like that chart with 2 Bosch Relays wired with fuses right off the battery, or you could use the alternator output w/e is easier for you.
