I had some fabric left from my s2000 so I did the center console and door panel, came out great and was easy. My mountain of mess.

I want to talk a little about the FUNCTION & FORM STRUTS. My budget only allowed for a small amount for suspension so there were only a few options that I would even consider. FUNCTION & FORM HAS 2 DESIGNS. Alot of people are rockin these lately and I've gotta say that they really are good struts. I had wanted to go with some PICS but they are on back order at the 3 places I called. For $500 bucks you can not buy better coilovers. The BWR, & ksports ehhh. not worth the cash IMO. The F&F are American made come packaged very nicely & are preloaded, and COME WITH THE HATS and 1 year no questions warrantee !! FOR AROUND 6 BILLS. You can pick your spring rates but they ship at 12/10 (in my opinion best street set up) an are dual tube (boo, not really cool) an dampners are non-adjustable for the newly redesigned 1's, (old ones sucked) the 2's are better an are mono tube an adjustable. All the parts used seem to be good quality. THE RIDE QUALITY IS GREAT,turning is good, minimal body roll, and there is hardly any bouncing around.

Clutch......(EDIT 10/21/13: this ACT clutch was properly broken in and for whatever reason once I did go turbo this clutch slipped like crazy on the dyno so much that I couldn't get tuned properly, and I had to replace it after only 4500 miles with my first turbo kit that wasn't even very good or powerful. I replaced it with the $1400 Exedy twin disk and have since doubled the horse power and the Exedy never gave me any problems)

Well the problem with Chase is that once he gives a date and that ship date comes and goes, he tries to tell you what you wanna hear, I don't want to get into it but IMO I don't understand how he is still in business.

wow,,,, you are really putting in the chedda to build this car right,,, unlike alot of hacks out there,, I give you a thumbs up bro... keep up the good work.. You build your cars exactly the way i use to build them.. I stopped cause ppl look at you funny when you tell them you want $10-12k for a 96 civic.... lol

I know what you mean. Some guys have huge parts budgets but when it comes time to protect that investment the budget is 0. But guys thanks for the kind words, I just wish I could really go all out, I would have bought some 5 lug, some ZEAL, Spoon or Endless brakes, an I would have bought a cut up ek9 from J-pan. The front would have been possibly the domani front clip, and I'd love some CCW wheels or works IDK. I probably would have stayed B series though.

good to know, looking to buy some coilovers and this post definitely helped.

The build is looking good, definitely want to see how this turns out. Bet you can't wait to drop that tranny in haha.

Good luck with the rest of the build

I'm glad it helped you crazE. You really can't go wrong with them if your on a budget, in the marketplace a vendor is actually selling sets for $600 shipped, 30 less than I paid. But if you have couple dollars more get the 2's, mono tube is the way to go, and adj-dampners is great for the track. An yeah I've been without a car for 2 weeks. The time frame worked out though cause I just got layed off, now I'm waiting for the harness. UPS says by 10 AM tomorrow. I'll be driving friday night, but the shell needs paint. If I can afford it I'll be without it again for another 5 days. I just wanna bang it out and get it done because it looks really bad, it's either paint or wheels. I'm leaning twards the paint.
