I took off a dc carb plate from a dc header and i sand blasted the ceamic off and sent it to c.a plating to get it nickle chrome plated so they can tack weld it on my new Sk2 alpha header, this will match the finish of the header and fool cops to think its a street leagal header lol. Also gonna run a injen cai since its street legal and its 3'' piping like the AEM but way less! this will also help the hp and will matt up perfect to the 70mm tb and plenium spacer and ported manifold. I will also relocate the hks b.o.v down lower under the 3'' intake arm.

heres some pics shortly after the sk2 alpha header and sk2 mega r catback, sk2 vtec soinoid, sk2 valve cover kit, 3'' injen cai and and auluminum radiator and shroud was installed. The motor looks like a n.a setup lol more pics of the intercooler and tucked black series HKS ssq bov soon.

So i ordered this spacer like 4 weaks ago http://www.ebay.com/itm/190324211724...84.m1497.l2649 and gave up on it and got a refund from ebay and today it comes in, i mated it up to my 70mm p2r thermal gasket and it wasnt 70mm like i ask for so i traced what was needed to be ported as well as the rest of the vents with my dremel. it cam out nice and so i put it on with the thermal gasket and dude i feel a big difrence, i feel a lot more throtle responce even in 5th gear, i have allot more torque low end and more mid range as well! i speed up so much faster, even though it needs to be tunned already i can see how much of a difrence this makes! im impressed and i knew this was a good idea, now i also have the outlaw kit coming in so im not sure if ill ad ther spacer and use it with this one. I will do a dyno run with and with out the spacer to see its real gains.

stll tripin on how fast my motor revs from just this pos! lol i reach higher speeds much easier and my fuel seems to last longer, i havent really checked to see how much but i just feel like im getting better gas milage. Also gets into boost much faster which is great.

Nice setup bro but I would take off the GSR badge, less attraction from thieves. N well becarefull with strangers around the city, I have an EG with JDM GSR swap n I always tell em its stock D15, cus they look fishy...

ya man thats what i tend to say its stock, i never like showing my engine to strangers only friends. that gsr badge was on my 98 red gsr, im using all honda badges on the white 99 gsr.

good question, first of all there carb legal! they come with a carb sticker! as going with a sleaper theam it only made sence, not that it really matters cause i use a uncut valve cover and never expose the cam gears i thaught it was nice they were legally street legal so even if the cops realize im runnig aftermarket cams the carb sticker will shut them up, second i dont need stg 2 nor tuner 2 cams. Iv ran pro1 cams before but those were way to much for the jackson supercharger i was using at the time i bet with this centrifigul super charger the pro 1's might make some power but the tuner 1's should be enough. Talking with skunk 2 they said for my setup the tuner 1 cams was a great choice!
