What do you set your rev limit rpm for 2 step MSD control in burnout box
Running a MSD 2 step ignition control. Just wondering what you guys set your burnout box rev limit at???
I'm running M&H 22" slicks, Cusco LSD, and do 2nd gear burnout.
Prior to the 2 step, I used to just pull ebrake, put it in 2nd gear, rev to about 6K plus and drop the clutch and just play with the pedal to keep it spinning. But not very consistent, sometimes I get a good burnout other times the tires start to grab early due to inconsistency of rpms.
Searched, but did not find any info regarding the rev limit set for burnouts.
Race vids here on HT, I hear the cars hitting rev limit burning burnouts and would like to know what you guys set your too.
