Default Valve Spring Compressor

What's the best designed tool for job? This is will be without removing the head.

how do u use it exactly.. like move to different springs?

I have this one... works mint and no need to remove the rocker shafts. It's defintely not for shop work since it required you to move the tool everytime you move to a different cylinder. Good point is that you DON'T need one hand to compress the spring while the other one is installing the keepers... both hands can be used to install the keepers.
