Default performer X , skunk2 pro series OR VICTOR X ???

I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH CAN I GET THIS BEFORE ENGINE switch to BIGGER ONE .. THESE ARE THE PARTS I have right now:

-81X89
-GSR HEAD PORT AND POLISH
-GSR BLOCK WHIT LS CRANK
-ALL OEM BEARINGS,PUMPS,BELT
-12.5:1 CP PISTONS
-EAGLE RODS
-SUPERTECH VALVETRAIN"STD FLAT VALVES"
-SKUNK2 PRO 2+ CAMS
-PRO CAM GEARS
-310cc RC
-VICTOR X MANI PORT MATCHE TB"""" FOR THE MOMENT """"""
-70MM BDL TB
-PROFAB HEADER BIG TUBE
-4.78 TRANNY
-ACT CLUTCH KIT 6PUCK

-91 PUMP GAS DD AND " VP " WHEN TRACK.
-CHASIS EJ8 COUPE.



WHICH OF THOSE 3 MANIFOLDS IS IDEAL FOR MY ENGINE? I SAW A LOT PEOPLE MAKE TIMES AROUND THE 11 SECONDS WHIT 81X89 WHIT VICTOR X MANI AND I DONT KNOW WHY THE PEOPLE SAY IS TOO LARGE FOR THOSE ENGINES? IF THIS GREAT FORUM MANY GUYS MAKE AMAZING TIME`S IN SIMPLE BUIL`S LIKE THIS :::


here's a even more simple one, 11.76 at 110mph, 91 oct, tuned on Hondata s200

B16a2 head portflow port work
skunk stage 2 cams
JG victor X
68mm TB
440cc
Profab header

Ls block
81.50 p30
stock rods
89mm crank
arp rod bolts

itr 4.7fd tranny
competition stage 4 clutch kit 10lb. flywheel

CRX HF chasis, never weighted the car but only thing was taken out was the passenger seat and all the stuff in the back, full body and full glass.


NOW MY QUESTION IS THIS ... HOW HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY BEING THE EDELBROCK PERFORMER SERIES X and Skunk2 PRO INTO A 1.8L ENGINE SINCE WHEN THEY WENT ON SALE? I HAVE VERY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE VICTOR X IS FOR A 2.0L+ ENGINES, BUT WHEN I SEE THESE BUIL `S" UP ^ ^ 1 EXAMPLE "I WOULD LIKE TO STAY WITH MY VICTOR X PORT MATCHED ONLY TO 70MM ..xD, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW VIEWS AND FIND ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION ... THANKS FRIENDS...

depends on what the car is used for. though the victor X may give better top peak numbers, the performer X will give more area under the curve (for certain builds). so while the victor on some builds may result in a slightly better ET at the strip. the performer will give better power for the street, and circuit. all of this is of course relative. and everything depends on the specific motor and what your setup likes and blah blah blah.

i know of cars running 10.9-11.4 with a stunk 2...they running 92mm cranks and have either 85 or 86mm bore they made 270 hp ...

im using a skunk2 on a 84x89 setup 11:1 cr...ima switch it to a victor x and go over the tune at the track see what it gets us either today or tomorrow...
