Default i wanna go all motor but i have a couple of questions first?

alright i have a b18c with H/I/E and skunk2 intake manifold {not installed skunk2 stage 2 cams and cam gears ,and valve springs, and retainers} but i was wondering if i ported and polished my head and got bigger pistons would i have to get a stroker kit? and does porting and polishing mean that they r boring the head of the motor

If you got "bigger" pistons, i assume by bigger you are speaking in width. Then you would have to bore out your engine to accept these larger pistons. Depending on how big they are you may have to sleeve your block. A Stroker Kit is increasing your stroke which will change your engines characteristics and change when power will come in the powerband. And porting the head is not necesiarly boring the head, although they do increase the sizes of the ports but they mainly port out n smoothen the head so that the airflow can travel at faster rates, i think a head porter can elaborate more on this. But search next time since these questions have been answered before.

First off, what is your budget? No disrespect, but from the way you talk you might need to pay some people to install some things for you. If you already have the cams, I would direct my attention towards some ITR pistons(us or jdm). Next would be the intake manifold with some engine management. What header are you running right now? Do you have a reputable tuner in your area? I wouldn't jump to a stroker kit or the port job just yet, but the porting will for sure be an option later on down the road. Porting the head basically allows more air to flow through the head at a higher and smoother rate of travel to answer your question. Good luck
