Default formula for cam degree timing(milled or thinner HG)

Does anyone know if a formula to calculate the exact amout that cam gears should be adjusted in order to be at 0,0 degrees when milling a head or decking a block or when you perfrome a Ls/Vtec???? I know Dyno tuning is the best way to find the ideal power but i would like to know how to set back at 0 when toying with sapce between block and head!

For example, when you use a spoon head gasket witch is 2 layers, how do you calculate the cams back to there original position?

Thanks!
