You would need the 50mm mains and yes you would have to bore the block out to 87mm if you want to run H22 pistons. 87mm might be a bit much on an F22, can it be done, sure it can. An option could be to contact someone there and see if you can get a set of 86mm pistons instead.

What displacement are you actually trying to reach? F22's already have a longer stroke than h22's. In fact "some," people use f22 cranks to stroke H22's.
What are the specs of the crank your trying to use? I would just stick to a stock f22 stroke and just sleeve the block and match the 87mm bore of the h22 or go bigger.

F22 has 95mm stroke, there are 100mm and larger stroke cranks available for our 50mm main F22A/B blocks. A stroke kit for the F22 can be had, I'm not sure that you will find it listed on any big name brand website though.
RaceEngineering.com and/or Bisimoto Engineering.com can probably help you out in that regard. You should contact them personally becuase, if I'm not mistaken, the F22 stroker is not listed on their web sites. However, They do have the know how to piece together a stoker kit for you. The last price I was quoted for a 100mm F22 stroker kit was $3000. That was 3 years ago.
