If you do get your money back, go omnipower or rocket. I personally vouch you'll never deal with this kind of hassle if you do. Sorry to hear about this.

I had a bad experience with them as well.

Al (the owner) and another guy lied to me a bunch of times. Then they threatened to sue me for slander because i posted what happended on h-t. I didnt know much about biz law at the time. Its not illegal to post a story of customer service on a public forum or present it to the public.

I wish they were at Sema this year, I would have talked to who ever was there and wished their company would improve its customer service and their products.

posted on my front page:
http://www.honda-central.com/info/index.php

did you get them from Stan?
You should be talking with Stan and not Rev. Whoever you bought your valves from should be dealing with REV, not you.

thing is i bought the head built from a guy in florida and when i went to rebuild it i noticed the damage ..so then i called them to see if they could do anything about it and they said sure just send us proof so i did .... i would say screw them and there valves and buy some of rockets but they have 1 retainer and spring so i at least need that back...

i talked to Ralph at rev then he got to busy to answer my calls then i started to talk to some guy with a accent

I put REV stainless valves(Exhaust only) in my engine and they failed 2 weeks later...

Dropped a valve going to lunch, normal driving at 4k rpms...The engine was still timed perfectly...The tops of the valve stems were still intact with the Portflow retainers and ALL OEM keepers were in there place...
My conclusion is that the Jun valve springs were too much and pulled the valve in half...
If stock valves wont break, why should stronger stainless "Performance" valves?
And if you cry installation error, Ill say B.S. Ive assembled quite a few heads.

Take them out immediately and replace with OEM type-r valves...I learned this the hard way
