Need Radio Code
Hi
My battery died and I need the radio code for my 2003 Acura TL.
I did the Depress 1 and 6 thing and the U and L codes are as follows.
U3008 L4653
Would anyone know where I go to use these codes and get the radio unlock code.

Call ACURA, we can't pull the codes for Acura at Honda. Just give them a call with the serial number, they should give it to you. I know there are some dealers who want to charge, but gawd, it only takes about 60 seconds to get the #.

i lock my vin trying to get the code from acura and i cal the 800 number'
and the girl there was so kind, and give me the Code number for my radio.
she just askme for the Vin and my personal info, dont matter if you are not the original owner.

does anyone know how to unlock a 2001 Honda Accord radio? I changed the battery and it got locked. then i started messing around with it and I just made it worse. Now it just shows an "err E" message and the Depress 1 and 6 thing doesnt work. HELP please!!!

Funny enough I just did the same thing. I just got off the phone with an Acura Tech and you either have to completely unplug your battery for 5 minutes or leave your ignition key in the 1st position in your car for 1 hour...as I am not a car technician I am going with the key option. After that your radio will reset and allow you to put the code in again. Best of luck to you!

Wow people really dont read anymore theres like 4 people saying call your local dealership i have done this before like 2times with no charge... then be smart and write it down in your owners manual so if it happens again you got the code....I guess I will also say it too just in case someone reads this.......

after you get the codes. open a microsoft word page and Save them there. that way you dont have to be looking all over the place to see where you wrote it down.
