He's not spoiled; he "earned" it.
Hey, does this mean you can get another new car for each semester you keep your GPA up?

Since he chose the Viper, I bet his GPA was less than 3.5

Re: how you guys afford a NSX at your age>/? (BoostedH23a1)
if u had started to have credit since u r 16 with a credit card with daddy's name in it, and been doing well on payments + spending regularly... ur credit should be good enough by the time u r 18 to get a 25k NSX... assuming ur current job will support the payments... or jus have daddy add his name+credit to it and u will get one easily!
this is jus 1 way of doing it... watch out for insurance!

In my standard that's pretty good. I was driving '84 Renault Alliance when I was 18. Let's just say I got my money's worth from AAA.

Wait....who's stupid? You can choose ANY car and you decided on an NSX? There must have been some sort exception to the rule. Could you have gotten a Ferrari? Porsche?

I was thinking that too.
If I could have any car I wanted it wouldn't be an NSX.
I'm thinking exotic.

Great...here we go again.
EDIT: Bought at 27. Saved and made a huge down payment. That's how I afford the tiring monthly payments.

If I could be given any car I wanted, it wouldn't be an NSX, either. I would go for one of those many new entries in the $300K+ price range - the Maybach (may as well go for the big one, the 62; why skimp?) or the Rolls Phantom (how soon before they start calling it the Roller, the same way their other cars are called Bimmers?) or an Enzo. Then I could sell it, buy a new NSX, and still have over a couple hundred large to invest!

Don't worry, Ponyboy; it's just a word. Whether the NSX fits, depends on how you define it. Ask 10 different gearheads how they define the word exotic, and you'll get 10 different responses. And chances are, the NSX will fit the definition of 8 of them.

It's uncanny how alike we think sometimes. I was thinking McLaren though, 1 million could buy ALOT of cars.
I wonder if there was a no, F1 cars clause. If not? Cha-ching.

Agreed.
I've just never considered anything that wasn't from Italy exotic. Well, with the exception of a Porsche Carrera GT and a McLaren F1.
