I believe the service schedule for the timing belt is 90,000 miles.
My uncles Integra LS belt broke at 150,000 on the original belt. He's now in need of a new cylinder head.
It's best you change it now before it snaps.

Yes, it's a fairly easy procedure. The only problem you might run into is loosening the crank pulley bolt. After that, it's cake.
