The stock yellow paint is single stage and doesnt come with clear, thats why your pads got loaded with yellow.

Car made it home. After market parts coming off. Stock parts going back in.

Next was wiper arms and the two third brake light bolts.
Out with the old in with the new.

they did but turned out ok. It is never perfect like the original.

Engine bay is almost done. 3 or 4 more stock items and it will be done.

Found the original injector harnes holder. We use the just thrown then way.

Looks great. Did they paint the front rubber hood seal and bumper/fender brackets? That would bother the hell out of me.

Great build. And good call going back to stock. I reckon more and more will be doing this. Aftermarket parts will likely be always easy enough to get, stock not nearly so much.

Car looks great man...nice job! It's too bad such a gem of a car got neglected....glad you have it now, someone that will appreciate it.

im gonna be doing my engine bay soon also, so any tips you can share, would be appreciated. Also the wiper arms, did you just can spray them?
