Car above looks clean in ad. Im sure he spent a lot of money on it, but 262k miles and $16.5??? I imagine it will sit for a while at that price.

non original fenders and hood, resprayed and a 96 spec jdm motor.

Id price it about like a shell with a few hundred more. 16.5 is stoopid

That black one is so nice!

Needs some work to go back to stock but 2001 CDM ITR don't come up for sale very often. Apparently only 185 were sold in Canada for 01.

The market can't be that rare if low mileage excellent condition examples are popping up at least twice a month. I see more garage queens for sale than I do shells. If I had one I'd be unloading it right now too. These prices can't stay this high when everyone who has a garage queen is flooding the market with them.

I think there are a lot more people looking for ITRs than are selling. I believe a lot of these cars are in the hands of long term owners who don't plan to ever sell. I know I plan to keep mine for a very long time.

Btw if anyone gets the badge # of the 2001 CDM on Ebay let me know. He did not response to my question asking for it.

3rd owner on the title... second owners "travis and devon" never titled the car.

Price has been updated. $14,000. Still confuses me why type R owners do not support Type R's selling for more money? See a lot of you all talk down on high prices when a 98 with over 100k sold for 19ish on ebay? Either way, car needs a good home.

Has original VIN matching hood. F/R bumpers are RDOT Honda replacements. I still have the original rear bumper. 96-97 JDM Spec motor is same as 98 USDM. USDM did not get 98 spec JDM motor until 00-01.

^ MyspaceTom: I think it is a good price for restored car that can be enjoyed. It won't have as much collector value down the road but they are all going up in value.

I was quoted about $5k USD for a repaint with minor rust repair on both my quarter panels. I consider it a huge plus that your car has been repainted recently. Good luck!

High prices are good. High prices for cars that shouldn't be selling for high prices is a bubble-burster for sure.

Non-original is still non-original. Look at the price difference between a vintage Camaro Z28 with a numbers matching motor, original paint and fenders and one that's had all of that replaced. It's huge.

Thanks. That was the idea with this car. Have one that looks great, runs perfect, and can be driven and enjoyed and not stored away.

Just sharing this as it popped up today. I ran carfax clean title but was theft recovery 5 owners. Ultimately it's the wrong color for me and more of a project than I need.
