Help with clutch parts needed

What parts are needed to replace the clutch? I will by a lightened freewheel but may stay with the stock clutch. Do all I need is the clutch disc and release bearing?

i would also check your pee pee, incase it was warped or damaged in any way 
asides that, the throw out bearing should be replaced and a clutch tool should come along with the clutch hopefully
asides that only other thing is i would make sure that the flywheel you get has a resurfaceable face.

Rodney, you are definitely my technical advisor. 
I was just roaming website and wondering. My assumption was pilot bearing and throw out bearing, clutch disk, and flywheel??? I think the pressure plate needs to be changed only if you want to upgrade to a stronger plate.

Things you "should" do while you have the tranny out...
replace: clutch disc
pressure plate
throwout bearing
pilot bearing
3 qts of Honda MTL
if re-using stock flywheel have it resurfaced at a local machine shop
Also while you're there check the CV boots for rips or excess wear. Happy Wrenching
