I had 195/60 15 snows on my stock suspension last year and they fit, so i think it should be all good with 65's

I wouldn't. 195/65-15 is HUGE, over an inch and a half larger in diameter than the stock 195/55-15. And you really don't want to reduce the room in your wheel wells during winter.

Also, beware when buying used winter tires. They are a whole lot more effective in snow at full tread depth, so when you buy used tires, they're already not at their best. And sellers often misrepresent their tread depth; winter tires usually have about 11/32" of tread depth when new, and for use in snow, should be replaced when they get to 6/32", yet a lot of people will sell them with tread depth of 7-8/32" but mistakenly claim they have "80 percent left" or "good tread".

If you buy a set of new winter tires, they may last you 6-8 years, because you don't put a lot of miles on them when you only use them three months a year. The Tire Rack sells the Bridgestone Blizzak WS60 in 195/55-15 for $78.50/tire after rebate.

Wow, for only two bucks more, you can get Blizzaks, one of the best winter tires on the planet...

The SN2's are probably better than the Blizzaks. Just because they were the first studless passenger doesn't mean they are the best.

Also, Nitto is made by Toyo, Toyo is #1... I think they know what they are doing. I'll be putting the SN2's on as soon as the snow hits and we'll go from there. As far as Blizzaks being the best, I disagree. To each his own, but I put on more SN2's this season than Blizzaks, why is that?

No, they're not.

True. But Bridgestone has continued to update the Blizzak every couple of years with an even better version. And unlike the Nittos, the Blizzaks have a microcell compound that gives great traction on ice.

Actually, Toyo is around #8 among the tire manufacturers.

Because a lot of people will buy whatever tire the tire dealer tells them to. As for why you tell that to your customers, I have no idea. But I know a lot of tire dealers tell customers to buy tires that give them the biggest profit, not necessarily the best tire for their needs.

I am not affiliated with any tire manufacturer, dealer, or other tire business.
