Default squealing noise

well i drove my car to goto the library today and i didnt hear any noise. but when i was leaving the parking lot as i backed up and went forward there is a LOUD squealing noise. i dont know how to explain the noise but as i was on the highway and let off the brake and the gas the noise would occur. i think ive narrowed it down that it is coming from the passenger side but i have no idea what it could be. has anyone had a similar noise or know what it is?

Check your brakepads, I've had them make pretty odd noises which I didn't think would.

a/c, p/s, and all that is on the driver's side though.

Pop off your passenger side wheel and check the pad, see if it has any obstructions,
Or anything else that could be around, or stuck in that area.

I can't watch the video at work, but Ill check it out when I get home.

But like I said on the phone dude, it sounds like a loose belt. Just give me a call and Ill walk you through how to tighten your Alt. belt. It's pretty easy.

could be a loose belt but my brakes made that sound when my parking brake was stuck half on... it was stuck because there was moisture on the cable and it froze in the middle of winter, but it could be because of the parking brake

Perhaps it is the wheel bearing or the brake dust shield.

Grooves happen. Does the caliper slide freely on the pins?

grooves on a pad can mean a warped rotor. might wanna feel for ur brake rotors and see if u got warping. but i doubt thats ur sound-making culprit.
