Poke your heatshields with a broom, if they squeek, thats your culprit. I had the same prob, and went to a tp and it was gone.

Re: squeaking sound when shifting? (00b18b)
I used to get an annoying squeaking/clicking noise from my clutch pedal under engaugment, and slightly under disengaugment... I looked under there and found the culprit to be a bad spring located just behind the clutch pedal... I lubed it with WD40 and it went away for a while, but comes back every now and then... HTH...

Re: squeaking sound when shifting? (tegunderpressure)
Do what tegunderpressure says, if it doesn't work, lube your slave cylinder, if that doesn't work, it's most likely your throwout bearing. Ouch! I had the same problem, but the dealer was nice enough to replace it under warranty.
