ok i was wiring up fog lights and they worked had a relay in with it too, and then when i had car running no parking lights or fog's either, my blinkers dont work but make tach bounce with the clicker for blinker. i dont get power to the fuses but all under hood are good with a test light being used. fuses are good cuz i switeched them out and still dont work. can any one help me out is there something i am over looking or not checking? thanks 4 the help in advance ppl

nevermind was the bulbs blew out replaced them and everything ok kinda, now i am sure battery is just but it will still start cat but when the blinker is on the tach bounces up and down with the clicker any1 here of some way to fix it if not from the battery?
