Default P1381 + P1399 please help!!

Hey guys,

FIrst i'll give you a description of my setup.

-JDM B18C
-Blox IM
-P73Canadian Ecu
-DC header
-High flow cat

All this in a 97 ITR shell.

Now here's the problem. I"m getting the P1381+1399 Codes together in tandem. sometimes i notice that when accelerating in 2nd gear from low rpm's the car "sputters"

I've done some searching and most threads point to the distributor or ICM.

I just replaced my spark plugs last week, the previous owner said he replaced the spark cables + distributer last year.

What should i be looking for?

you can have the icm checked i believe at autozone but the 1399 is a valve clearance issue i believe. is you valve clearance good?

i've had multiple codes for the distributor...such as mis fires..cam sensor...ignition coil....icm.... but its been the dizzy. never had the 1399 with it. so IDK if the 2 could be related. i gotta look up the 1381 code cuz IDK it off the top of my head

the stamping on the head indicates that it is a 95. the distributor is mounted to the left. here's a pic;

i also just noticed my timing belt wobbles a bit when the motor is running, is that normal?

i should also mention that the car starts up perfectly fine, and idles ok as well!

anyone know where I can find a write-up, on how to change the Dizzy? also, since my motor is a JDM B18C, can I just replace it with any v-tech distributor?
