Default Is it normal to have condensation around a/c lines?

ok my cousins car runs fine and a/c works fine but what he is saying that when he turns on his a/c there tends to be alot of condensation around his a/c lines. it would start to get wet around the a/c lines and start dripping and stuff like that. what can be causing this and what can he do to fix it? is it just the a/c drain hose that is plugged???

its normal dont worry about it the a/c line is cold wen he used the a/c n with the heat of the engine well produces condensation on the line so dont worry about it its no problem as long as its only water dripping
