Need new radiator for 00 GSR
Hey, i just discovered that my 2000 GSR OEM radiator is leaking on the top, so i have to get a new one. I was thinking of getting a Fluidyne radiator, but im not sure if the fans will bolt back up to it. Does anyone know if i will be able to put the fans, brackets, and hoses all back into their original position with a Fluidyne aftermarket radiator?
A brand new OEM acura radiator runs for about $530 bux, and the Fluidyne runs for about $375 shipped from certain places.
If anyone has a Fluidyne radiator or Koyo radiator, please post up and let me know if I will be able to bolt the stock fans and everything back into its original place without having to modify anything, thanks in advance

yes the fans will bolt up to the fluidyne? an aftermarket rad is like 150bucks at the most but fluidyne is way better.

ya, i was thinkin about getting the fluidyne...its most likely better than an OEM replacement, and its like half the price, lol.....does anyone know for sure if the radiator fans will bolt right up to the fluidyne radiator? Fluidyne advertises the radiator as a "direct fit" but im not sure if they are talking about the fans as part of it.
What do you guys think about an aftermarket OEM style radiator from advanced auto parts or some auto parts store of that sort? Will those last?...I need to go the cheapest but best way possible bc i wanna start getting other stuff, (catback, intake, clutch, new tires)...this radiator is an unexpected curveball in my budget, haha...thanks for the info

Check the sponsor's marketplace. There are a few Koyo dealers in there.... full aluminium rad. I think this is a direct replacement for the OEM.
The GSR will take a Showa rad.

Cool, thanks alot for the help. Thanks for the pic too, that definately helped me get a visual as to how things will fit back into its spot. As u said for the radiator fans, will both of them bolt right back up to the radiator or will i need to zip tie them into their original places? I just dont want to run into any trouble while installing the fluidyne if i purchase it.
As for overall fitment, the fluidyne seems to fit back into its original place without modification... the only thing i have a question about is whether or not the OEM radiator fans will bolt back up to the fluidyne radiator or if i will need to zip tie them or something?, thanks again for the help
