Yes, on the right side of your trunk there is an extra hole for the 3rd brake light wire harness.
If you switch to a Mugen version 1 spoiler or even a ITR spoiler, the extra hole will be visible. Even worse, water can get into that hole.
So you'll have to patch up that hole and get that spot repainted before you install your spoiler. Or what some guys do is get a piece of vinyl sticker that matches their paint and cover the hole temporarily.
