if you can set aside a solid 1500 your good. Theres hidden costs when converting stuff. resurfacing the rotors, new bushings for the trailing arms etc... so 1700 if you install it yourself.
in reality, if you have to ask, you probably cant afford it.

That makes no sense at all.
about $1200-1800 are common prices. Expect about $1500 for one with wheels in very good condition.

If you are lucky u can find the whole suspension + rims for 1000. But that is very rare. And you will probably end up spending around 1500

i got mine for $900 with out wheels. GM wheel are between $400 to $650 depending on shape of them pluss your time in installing it. it all depends on who you get it from
