how can i install an oem itr front strut bar in an ls? do i need itr lca's? if so how do i install the lcas?i want the type r strut bars but when i tried to fit my friends strut bar it wouldnt fit cuz our stud patterns are different..or is this just with my car?

If you're refering to the bar that goes over the engine bay connected at the shock towers, then it will fit without itr lower control arms. ITR lca's are for the rear suspension. If you have a 94-up ls, I believe you need to remove the grommets on the shock towers and replace them with some nuts, washers, and bolts to bolt on the strut tower bar.

i have a 94 ls, so all i have to do is get four nuts and bolts and remove the rubber covers and bolt it on?

not tryna sound like a smart *** or anything..but by doing that will that help stabliize my car struts??? or will it be just for looks?

your car doesn't have struts, it has shocks, and it's a shock tower bar. It helps brace the large unbraced span across the engine bay, but on a car like the Integra w/ double-wishbone suspension, a bar that braces the upper control arm bolts (like Neuspeed's 4-point bar) theoretically should be more effective.

shocks? Last time I was at the part store, they were called "struts" for the integra.

Yeah me too. I believe the fronts are struts and the rears are shocks.

Regardless, the strut/shock bar I put on is the OEM ITR one and I didn't feel a difference, physically or psychologically
