misc hardline/cable
reverse signal switch
ECM/PCM
flywheel/clutch assembly
aka almost too much work unless you love your car

you don't manual is cheaper to fix tranny problems and easier and you get better power control also there are less parts in a stick then in a auto therefore less to break
