Default Code 6 - Water temperature sensor

I broke it during my clutch install and I picked up a new sensor. I have a few questions.

How much coolant is gonna spill out if I take off the old sensor without draining the coolant?

Is it possible to syphon coolant out of the radiator, but would the coolant in the engine head even drain if I syphoned it?

I'm lazy haha. Thanks in advance.

I'd just be ready to put the new one in immediately. I did that with a fan switch on a Saab, only lost a couple ounces of coolant. I suppose it'll be about the same on a Honda.
