Default Brembo Brake kit

Is it really worth the money to get the four wheel disk brake kit, or should i just buy some slotted rotors and some new pads and calipers?

Default Re: Brembo Brake kit (clin20)

Well, that depends. If gonna make a sho-kaA like it seems your doing...( ) then by all means get the Brembo kit. Waste of $$ if you ask me...

But, if you're not going to use the car as a sho-kaA then all you will ever need in the way of brakes are as follows: Brembo (or Autozone) blank rotors, a good set of pads (i.e.- Hawk, Colbalt, EBC, etc.) Stainless steel brake lines, and a good brake fluid.

Slotted and drilled rotors are kinda pointless if you ask me, as they eat your pads very rapidly. Think cheesegrader...
