Default Both upper and lower radiator hose hot and swollen?

When car gets warm and I go drive it for 5 mintutes, both upper and low rad hoses are extremely hot and swollen. Car DOESN'T over heat, even at wo0t. Changed hoses, thermostat, radiotar, and bled sytem twice. Also, water pumps makes no noise or doesn't leak. Coolant and oil clean, no smoke at all. So doubt headgasket is bad.

you may want to replace them, just get some oem ones, and throw them on, i paid about 24 dollars a piece for both but its worth it in the long run.
