Default B18c1 Compression Problem

I got a Civic Hatch with a b18c1 GSR motor, and I noticed something wasnt feeling right. I did a compression test and I got:

1st - 120psi
2nd - 115psi
3rd - 125psi
4th - 180psi

The first 3 cylinders were really low so I did another test where I compressed air into the cylinders when the valves were closed and both the exhaust and intake valves leaked. I'm thinking I need to replace the valves, any suggestions? Thanks. (Still a big n00b at cars in general so if I stated something incorrectly please criticize me.)

Also, If i do need to replace valves, any suggestions on which brand? or should I go stock gsr?

it seams really weird that 3 cylinders need valves.. are you sure its not the head gasket??

Ill have to check it out, but again when I did the air compression test, the valves were leaking when they were fully closed, can this be caused by a bad head gasket?

Are you burning any oil or coolant? Does the car smoke? Those numbers are not good, at all. Cylinder #4 isn't even as healthy as it should be. A GSR in 'healthy' condition should put 220-250psi across the board with less than 10psi variance between cylinders.

Nah, i was thinking if i saw any white smoke it could be the head gasket, but the oil, coolant and im pretty sure the gasket are all fine, im thinking i really should get some new valves, im also running type r pistons although I dont think that would be of any concern to this.
