91 DA complete restore and build!!
So long story short had this car since i was 15 now going on 29 and 8 or so years ago i decided to rebuild it and it mostly sat but more recently started getting everything done so enough with the chit chat and on with the pics..
if you guys have any questions dont hesitate to ask.....
The car will be a daily driver and for now just a stock rebuilt motor and will turbo later on.

Re: 91 DA complete restore and build!!
after paint i laid done 2 layers of a sprayable dynamat on the whole car, ceiling , trunk , wheel wells, floor, firewall etc..
then started by assembling the powder coated suspension
painted the wiper fluid bottle to match with matching hardware and whole car had the harness redone and re ran through out the car
relocated a few things under the dash
matching battery located behind center console
HID retro fit in JDM one pieces
painted and cleared housings
flushed hardware
never been the biggest fan of most lips so i custom made a lip for the car
oil relocation kit getting installed

inside harness
so if you havent noticed everything on this car is either ebo or black, every bolt head is powdercoated black and everything has been chancged to those 2 colors and clear coated inside and out, pedal assembly , dashboard support bars etc... these pics are in no specific order. Everything on the front suspension has been redone with new balljoints wheel bearings tie rod ends etc.. full urethane bushings and new hardware powdercoated black. car is on ground control coilovers and tokico blues but were repainted to match the car.

Re: 91 DA complete restore and build!!
Skirts are from a Chevy malibu, as for mounted the top will be 3m taped but the bottom will have 3 metal aluminum brackets glassed to the skirt and bolted to the car so the hold up. also thanks for the positive feedback!!

Re: 91 DA complete restore and build!!
Other than the tires being too narrow for those rims and the missing timing belt covers, it looks like a lot of work. Glad you didn't pick any ugly aftermarket bumpers or body kit.

Re: 91 DA complete restore and build!!
reason for no timing belt covers is they are going to be molded so i can make carbon fiber covers instead of the plastic ones.
The wiring harness i did myself, every inch of it was unwrapped, took every wire i didnt need out, and then rewrapped and layed out slightly different so i didnt have to extend but 9 wires (8 for the injectors and another 1 for an egine sensor) and still be able to tuck everything and have an extremely clean car harness all though it will never be seen but at least i nkow its looks great and you guys seem to appreciate it
and how long did what take to take apart ? the harness or the whole car?
The whole car i stripped down in about 2-3 days total, did it fast cause i had a previous integra i stripped and labeled every bolt when i took that apart, so i wasnt worried about remebering where half the stuff went, plus i bought new hardware for alot of stuff and it was generic 10mm size honda uses anyway.
Had the car for 13 years, but have done all the work in the past 6 monthes
