I think the only thing you all can do, if you CAN'T get money from your credit card company, is to file a civil suit..... I hope you all have documentation/emails/reciepts/order numbers/etc and present every last little bit you have, while WSL may not have the money to pay you back now, you can knock him into debt for the next 30 years by filing and winning your civil cases, and recieving monthly installments. I sued a broke guy for 2g's, and i get 150 a month from him, its better than nothing!

-- and one more thing, don't be so careless with your money, some of you guys will drop 1000's in a single click on a company you've never really heard of and never even dealt with..... thats just plain retarded, i got caught in the whole motormatrix **** cuz i was the same way, but i had a cousin in florida who showed up at his home address, and i got my ****
...... theres only a few selected guys/companies i'll even deal with now, and thats only because they've been around a LONG time and have never had a shred of doubt about their integrity

I think what he was doing is take everybody's order and money and plan of using that money and disappear.One thing to ask for Ricky, why did you take all those order knowing you won't be able to deliver to us? You will NOT get a refund with your cc company if you tell them you authorized the charge.Instead you have to lie and say"Where did this charge come from"? I never authorized this charge!" "I want to file a despute!" The Banks are insured for this and they will refund your money.If they get enough complaints they will involve the FBI and other investigations.The bank is owned by uncle sam.

we @ Phoenix Turbo/PeakBoost are more than empathetic with everyone who is owed by Kyle and Eric as they were a PeakBoost vendor. needless to say, we have 3months worth of orders from them left unpaid...
the sadest part to me is knowing that Ricky tried his hardest to do the right thing, but was put in his position to be the scapegoat/face for Kyle and Eric's "baller" type overspending..

I agree 100% with you. I know I would be really upset if I gave someone my money and they lied to me and now I am out of that money. But I am just trying to make sure that people dont **** themself's in the end trying to get money back. when i called yesterday, the guy i talked to said it was my problem and not theirs because i authorized that charge.
i called today, and the lady i spoke with said that it was indeed something they could help me with. however, i couldn't file for all the money owed to me because they couldn't claim a partial amount of a total. for example i had $750 charged to my check card on 6/15. i got all of it but my boost gauge was messed up, so i had to send it back. but since that gauge was only $100 of the $750 that they couldn't do anything for that. As for my turbo timer, that i didn't recieve at all, she was able to file a claim for me so i can get some money back. she said funds would be in my account within 10 days.
i didn't get all of it back, but atleast enough to pay for a new boost gauge.

Here is the latest from the rip-offs at Wired Speed Lab as of 7/21. I really hope we all get our money back. I think it's ridiculous that we won't, but I'm hoping these clowns go down for the scamming they've done.
