I have 2 questions.. my primary sensor went bad long time ago and i've been running on secondary sensor for a while but it started to throw codes lately and i'd like to replace it. it cost much more to get secondary for some reason.

1. whats the difference between primary and secondary? is there a difference in voltage signal? why do they charge more for secondary?

2. is there a difference in specs when it comes to Denso sold by Honda vs Denso sold at some auto parts store?

u can swap them from from secondary to primary if u want, honda ones come with the plug for the harness and the auto zone ones dont, thats why honda charges alot more.

your fine with the aftermarket. just gotta use your old plug.

make sure you solder everthing

good, so i'll go with aftermarket then.. only other thing is.. does anybody know why they charge more for secondary sensor when either one can be used?
