Re: Tenative Name Your Own Turbo Kit Pricing (2K_TEG)
Awww seems like the $2500+shipping was a typo...
Inanycase, I have obd 2 and I would have to get obd1 ecu + harness which would run me a few hundred more $$$ to use the hondata?

Looks great, was wondering what kind of piping would be included with the DIY kit, SS or mild steel?
It would be even better if you could include the same type of clamps that Dustin uses on his car...

Hahaha that's so sweet!
Damn, this is a good deal. When I first started with my turbo I felt like I was part of a small, elite group of car enthusiasts.
Now thanks to these guys, even my dog can pick the parts and afford to do a turbo setup.

Re: Tenative Name Your Own Turbo Kit Pricing (ricodemus)
So the only other thing we will need is the oil feed/return lines? Looks awesome so far.
edit: Plus some larger injectors?

Re: Tenative Name Your Own Turbo Kit Pricing (00SilverLS)
this reminds me of buying a dell computer.
This is actually what inspired me. I am working on getting a DELL like website up. Not quite as many options as DELL, but....

By my calculations, if I opted to get nothing, you OWE me: $2805
Things are looking sweet here. BIG

Take $2990. If you want to add an option with a + next to it, you add the amount to $2990.
If you want to delete or downgrade an option with a - next to it. Take $2990 and subtract the amount from it.
So, all of you who are ordering nothing owe me about $100.

Yes, and OBD1 ECU and conversion harness is required for those of you who are OBD2 and want Hondata. There is always AEM EMS though.

Re: Tenative Name Your Own Turbo Kit Pricing
Cool stuff....
If I were in the market for a turbo, I'd definitely go with this. It sounds like a great deal to me.
Assuming all this would work together, here's what I'd do:
Maxrev manifold
Maxrev DP
Maxrev turbo (only if it's a 57 trim .63 a/r like the revhard)
Tial WG
Drag piping
Revhard IC
HKS SS bov
Hondata 2b
I have a feeling, however, that the drag piping and revhard IC won't fit together. I could be wrong though.
One more thing: Kyle (2kTeg) is a stand up guy, and I would not hesitate to do business with him, for anyone who doesn't know who he is.

Re: Tenative Name Your Own Turbo Kit Pricing (foozball-26)
I am working around the clocj for you guys. It is 2:36 and I am looking for ways to cut costs and make this the best buy. You will know when everything is set, hopefully I will have all my pricing lined up next week.
I have a guy working on getting an online calculator running (just like buying a DELL) to help out. Your enthuasim is keeping me going on this.
Just a quick update, oil lines will be included, injectors will be an option.
