precison 66266BB divided vs undivided i have both exhaust housings
I have a 84mm b18c1 with a divided top mount manifold. I heard that if i run a divided exhaust housing it will choke the motor i own a divided T4 1.00 housing and a T3 .82 undivided. I am willing to buy another exhaust housing just don't want to choke the motor. If you need additional details let me know.

You hear wrong just run the divided housing. IMO larger is better if you don't kind buying one get a larger a/r divided housing.

im talking about your turbo manifold, not the turbo itself. if you have a t4 manifold use the t4, if you have a t3 manifold use the t3

i'll jump in on this thread as it looks like the op's question has been answered and mine is very similar.
I have a gen2 6266 with a 1.15 divided exhaust housing… I have a undivided manifold setup. originally i had ordered it with the 1.32 but received it with the 1.15. my questions is should i ditch it and just go with the open .96 a/r as the volume is very similar? or i guess is there any benefit to switching to open when running an open manifold setup?
