It's the ITB's... It makes the engine pull a lot of vacuum at the instant the throttle is let off so the BOV is opening a lot faster and somehow creates a completely different tone... You can also see some of my old in-car videos (boost gauge shot) and you can see how the gauge needle swings in vacuum at a blazing speed the moment I let off the throttle...
I think the outcome of the runs is about right... Not implying that my car should look any faster because it is relative to the camera car. The Grand Prix GTP is modded, with GenV blower, cams, intercooled, 3000 stall, and about 16 psi, and the Charger SRT-8 has i/e which is in fact a 400+ WHP car and good for high 12's out of the box. Both of the cars also had the jump as you can see I let them go first before I pulled back for "video's sake". It's not good for video when you see me get the jump first and say getting another 1-2 lengths

There has been a few huge discussions about ITB's and boost, and I can only suggest you to do a search and read them up. ITB's are only as good as the person designing them. oh yah, i am in the left lane. the camera is in a 2000 mustang with bigger bore, cams, exhaust, slicks, and whatever other bolt ons it has
