Would love to see how they work when it comes to holding a fairly large amount of boost. When do you plan on testing them out?

It's two flanges that you put a sleeve over once you push the pipes together, then you put the ring around it and lock it into place.

They are used for any junction that needs to be tied together. They are made in a plethora of sizes. Radiator piping, aircraft plumbing, charge piping etc.

They can go wherever you'd like, like any clamp setup it is made to replace couplers/clamps to make things easier.

I bought a turbo kit that was already fabbed with the wiggins clamps and dont get me wrong. They are nice and neat but are a major pain in the *** to line up and get the sleeve centered and clamped down. Looks cool, but functions horribly

They are meant for high pressure rugged appplications, and is a sturdy connection that offers movement and flex as well. They are not really meant to be "user friendly", but rather reliable and bullet proof.

I can't put my finger on it, but when I worked in the airline business these things were awesome and worked all the time on all my test rigs and setups. I worked with 1" up to some massive ones by both Wiggins and Hydraflow and they were always a joy to have in front of me over a v-band with O-rings or crush seals.

I prefer the QD's I work with on the space suit now lol But I could never afford that

However, my hargetts seem to be great and I can't wait until I get to use them on the car!

i never figured out how they tighten on the o rings. i mean there has to be some kind of force or pressure holding the 2 pieces together. looks like these are like quick release of some kind

We use the wiggins clamp from i.c. piping to the t.b. Never had a problem with it and very easy to use. We actually use duct tape over it just to make sure it never comes unsnapped.

These local guys came out with these not too long ago. I've seen them used a couple times with great results. Allow for quite a bit of flexibility.

Price seems to be alright for what they are compared to wiggins stuff I guess.

Man, I dont think I can put duct tape over such a expensive / nice clamp..
