They are GM LS truck coils.
The guys at DIYAutotune are good people. They are actually down the street from me and a few friends work there. I could probably get you a better deal on the coils should you need replacements or whatever.

I know but the coils with the heat sink was originally designed for the truck LS as they anticipated the increased demand from someone towing/hauling a heavy load. I don't know why GM doesn't use that coil on everything they have since everything they make now is coil on/near plug using 5 wire "smart" coils.

To much to read through 100 plus pages.. but.. is it safe to bolt the block to an engine stand via the holes in the bell housing that don't have threads ?

He's gone and necrobumped one thread, and shitposted in this thread now. pdubbs, make your own thread, stop trying to highjack other people's threads, and while you're doing that, get your terminology straight. The bellhousing is part of the transmission, not the engine.

Re: My B18C1 Engine Build/Assembly
He's posted in 4 threads about bolts to mount his engine on a stand... It's really not that hard.
And considering only two holes have through bores no they aren't enough to support the weight of an engine.
