Should be a serial number on a plate on the cold side and on the hot side might have one too. "T3" is just the flange on the hot side going to the turbo manifold you can search google to see the difference. It's kinda uncommon to hear of a t3 most are t3/t4 which will mount to a t3 and the other type is a t5 which is noticablely different and will not mount tot a t3 or t3/t4 as far as the 60-1 that is the trim size look for a number on the cold side in this format (a/r .60)

yup cold side says A/R .60
but i looked all over the internet and most 60-1 T3 garrett turbos have a 4" inlet, mine has a 5 Bolt "hoT" side. and it has a big T on it. looks like the turbonetics logo.

if it doesnt say garrett on it and doesnt have the serial plate... then its probably a ebay knockoff 60-1

it says Garrett.

the whole reason for this thread is because i went and got my car tuned on this turbo this past weekend, which the turbo is brand spanking new! i got it tuned on 5 psi with my Venom 550cc injectors. i have all stock fuel system besides my walbro fuel pump. and they did a best of 220whp saying my injectors were maxed out because i was on my stock fuel rail and stock FPR. well i told them what kind of turbo. and the owner said its a small turbo. that its only a 50 trim. so i was like wtf!! but then again i read that the Venom 550cc injectors are basically stock injectors that are bored out and to toss them for some 1000cc's and a aftermarket fuel rail and FPR.

Mine is mixed too I think they call it "hybrid" I have a xspower cold side and a turbonetics hot side. Even if it is a knock off I say run it. I was always a ebay part hater but my buddy ran the hell outta his ebay fifty trim and it's still holding up on 18lbs.

Stock fuel system is damn near untuneable.... All I run is a walbro 255 and a FPR with my safc and I'm still in tuning. Good ole' limp mode. My fifty trim is pretty big and it's doing it's job.

Sounds like you know what you wan but being fully built with a stock fuel system is killing you!!!! Even on a "good" drivable street tune your power gains will suffer... Getting alot of air with no fuel to match. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?? What are you running?

so you agree that i should dump my 550's and get some 1000cc injectors. and a fuel rail, and FPR?

yes i do!
i agree with you... even though i have 550cc injectors the stock fuel rail and FPR wont do me any diligence in power increase. i do not have the fuel pressure gauge installed yet.

Only run the 1000cc's if you have a **** I forgot what they are called but they look like a mini amp that controls the flow of any size injectors usually on crx's/accord's/preludes and obd 0 hondas. AND DEF A FPR!!!

you mean a Resistor pack?
i looked into 1000cc injectors already. i found some high impedance Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors. pretty legit.
