has anyone used these before looking to building my fuel system using there components.

im running there fpr and filter. both work great.

i got to check out that pump at the PerformanceRacingIndustry show. i would buy one.

Theres too many other pump choices i would look at before this one..

but thats just my .02

Aeromotive, Bosch both have great in tank and inline options.

have you seen this pump next to an aeromotive? this this blows the a1000 out of the water.

Have you seen how many failures Fuelab pumps have had? I've seen a ridiculously high failure rate with them.

not to argue with you but a1000's fail all the time as well, and there about 100x's louder than a fuelab.

A1000's have been out forever, you'll definitely hear of a lot more failures with those vs. FL pumps just because the FL pumps are relatively new.

If you want a big single pump Weldon is the only one i'd consider. They have a lifetime warranty on them and they are the best quality pumps available in the aftermarket world.

Never looked into those, my twin 255s are doing ok so far.

a1000s are loud when idiot owners rigid mount them to a car... mount them on rubber isolators and you cant even hear the pump

can't see it but even with rubber mounts, its loud as hell.

i know pumps tend to fail, alot of people have used weldon pumps i know that the a1000 are loud i dont mind loudness but i need something that wont fail cause its a daily driver

550 can be done on -6/stock line and one 255 on e85.

Been running a fuelab filter and pump for about 100miles so far. I forget what part number it is but its rated to 1200hp. A little loud imo but its the first external pump ive ever used so idk..

i think am gonna give it a try, am gonna do a dw300 intank pump feeding a surge tank then a fuel lab inline pump.

Thanks H-T for good info
